David P. Lindahl, PhD
Director of Research
Mr. Lindahl is Director of Research. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the firm’s investment research efforts, including analysis of global forest product markets, portfolio strategy, and studies of the asset class. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lindahl was a principal at Morton Trails. Prior to that, he was Director of Research for real estate investment firm Kennedy Associates in Seattle. Over his twenty-year career, he has held real estate, economic and environmental related research roles with Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Arthur Andersen, Bonz & Company and ECONorthwest. He has also been an assistant professor at Pennsylvania State University and the University of Washington. Mr. Lindahl holds a BA in Geography from Dartmouth College, and a Ph.D. and MA in Economic Geography from the University of Washington.
